Just got back from the Cleveland Summit. Three day summit where we mapped out the future for the sustainability of Cleveland. The committee that I was on was the future of water in NEO. We came up with three areas that we wanted to address, policy, water institute and lake front developement.
We accomplished this through the AI process over a three day process. The AI process (appreciative inquiry) is a question based process that is broken down into a 4-d cycle-Discovery, Dream, Design, Destiny.
When the process was over we did a report out on our goals. Attached in the ppt presentation with our goals.
